EXPERIENCE
Kyle advises clients on all aspects of employment and labor issues, including handling arbitrations involving discipline, termination, and contract interpretation issues. Kyle also serves as a trustee on Taft-Hartley health and welfare and pension funds. He joined Allied in 2019 after spending 10 years operating a law firm based in Lawrence, Kansas where he assisted clients with problems in both the civil and criminal world. Kyle has conducted trial preparation, litigation, hundreds of bench and jury trials, appeals and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients. Prior to running his own law firm, Kyle spent two years working at the nonprofit firm Community Service Society in New York City helping low-income individuals and small employers navigate the changing health insurance landscape in the wake of the ACA.
