EXPERIENCE
Randy has been involved in all aspects of employer representation in the labor relations area for over 20 years. Randy joined Allied in 1987 and was named President in 2000. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and regularly serves as the chief spokesperson in major negotiations. He works with employers of all sizes to understand their legal rights and responsibilities and has represented employers in grievance and interest arbitration. Randy serves as Chairman of the Retail Clerks Welfare, Pension and Retiree Trusts and is Co-Chair of the Washington Teamsters Welfare Trust. Randy also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Joint Labor Management Committee for the Retail Food Industry (JLMC).
